Conveniently located in the heart of Bromyard, The Falcon is within easy reach of Hereford, Malvern, Ledbury, Worcester, Tenbury Wells and Leominster, making it a practical and characterful venue for business meetings, conferences, training days, presentations and private events.

We have three distinctive spaces available and pride ourselves on being flexible, accommodating and affordable. Whether you need a small meeting room or a larger venue for up to around 100 guests, we can help you find the right space.

Catering can be arranged to suit your event, from tea and coffee and breakfast through to lunches and evening meals, with prices quoted according to your requirements.

If you need equipment for your meeting or event, you are welcome to bring your own or we can provide a quotation for any additional equipment required.

Residential Events

The Falcon has 10 bedrooms of its own, and additional accommodation is available within Bromyard town centre. If your meeting or event requires an overnight stay, talk to us and we can help coordinate accommodation for your group.

If you have something a little different in mind, please ask. If we can accommodate it, we will.

The Oak Room

Located on the first floor of the hotel, the historic Oak Room provides a distinctive setting for smaller meetings, presentations and private gatherings.

Capacity: Up to 35 people
Full day: £60
Half day: £40

The Ballroom

Our first-floor Ballroom offers considerably more space and includes a separate bar area, making it suitable for larger meetings, conferences, presentations and events.

Capacity: Up to approximately 100 people
Full day: £100
Half day: £50

The Falcon Mews

The Falcon Mews is a separate building offering a flexible combination of spaces. It includes a foyer, a main auditorium accommodating up to approximately 100 people plus a balcony, together with two additional first-floor meeting rooms.

Please note that the first-floor meeting rooms are accessed by stairs.

Whole building: £150 per day
Auditorium: £100 per day
Meeting room: £50 per day
